Teamwork: Automatic Employee Deactivation Sync
Managing team records across platforms just got simpler. When you deactivate an employee in Teamwork, their status now updates automatically in the POS—eliminating duplicate work and preventing deactivated staff from staying active in your point of sale.
Deactivate once, update everywhere: Deactivating an employee in Teamwork updates their status across all assigned POS locations.
Schedule in advance: Future inactivation dates set in Teamwork (under Availability & Preferences) carry straight through to POS.
Note: Re-activations do not sync automatically and must still be performed manually in POS.
