We're constantly working to improve your SpotOn experience by enhancing what you currently use and love. Here is a summary of recent updates.

What's New or Improved

• Real-time menu sync (Menus): We're continuing to invest in our APIS with a two-way sync that keeps online ordering menus up-to-date by instantly syncing changes with the RPOS, so your online ordering menus always reflects what’s in stock and the latest prices. Real-time alerts to partners like Chowly, Bite, and Incentivio ensure your menus stays perfectly in sync, reducing errors and delivering a smoother experience for guests.

• A New look and feel (Dashboard): Your Dashboard received a makeover. The new design features a modern, streamlined look that improves overall usability but still with the functionality that you rely on in Dashboard. Explore the new design and enjoy a more engaging experience.

• Back of House Updates Notification: We've introduced a new BOH software update feature to keep you informed of updates to fix bugs or improve reliability that will automatically prompt your managers to initiate critical updates, and inform them of non-critical updates in BOH. These prompts can temporarily be dismissed, in case you're in the middle of doing something, but they'll reappear once you've made the necessary update.
