What's New or Improved

• Start a Tab on World Pay for Customer Facing Displays

  • Now you can quickly start a tab to protect your sales & reduce server frustration by pre-authorizing a card to confirm the card is valid and funds are readily available. This works across all your devices – stations, handhelds & your customer-facing display (CFD). Check out how to start a tab here.

    

• Redesigned Automated Deal Templates (SpotOn Loyalty and Deals)

  • Your guests will enjoy the new automated deal email templates for lapsed, birthday, signup, and new customer deals–now designed to look and feel more like your restaurant and with clearer deal redemption instructions.

    

• SpotOn Invoices Page Redesign (SpotOn Dashboard)

  • The new Invoices Page is redesigned for easier discovery, allowing you to quickly find your SpotOn invoices. With more fields visible on the screen, including the due date, amount due, paid status, and more, you can review everything at a glance—no need to download the PDF invoice. Reviewing and locating the right invoice is now faster and more convenient. Check out the new experience.
