      We're constantly working to improve your SpotOn experience by enhancing what you currently use and love. Here is a summary of what has changed this past week.

      What's New or Improved

      • Marketing Deals (SpotOn Serve):

        • Summary: Now, with SpotOn Serve handhelds, you can redeem a one-time-use marketing deal by entering the promo code or scanning the customer’s QR code. Learn more about marketing deals.

        • Benefits: Bring in more guests by offering special deals and promotions via social media and email that can be tracked and then redeemed on your point-of-sale or handhelds.

      • Coursing (SpotOn Serve):

        • Summary: SpotOn Serve handhelds can now assign a course to each menu item and change it before being sent to the kitchen. This feature mirrors the functionality available today on the POS. Learn more.

        • Benefits: Enhance the guest dining experience and streamline kitchen workflows by clearly identifying courses for each order.
