Feature Enhancements: Week of July 22, 2024

We're constantly working to improve your SpotOn experience by enhancing what you currently use and love. Here is a summary of what has changed this past week.

What's New or Improved

• Order with Google Enhancements (SpotOn Order)

  • Order with Google can now direct your guests directly to your SpotOn Order page, as long as you select SpotOn Order as your preferred online ordering provider. This is going to be a major boost to your first-party channels. Follow these steps to get more orders through SpotOn Order.

  • Do you have SpotOn Order, but need to enable Order with Google? Email Newrestaurant@spoton.com and include the name of the location.

    

  Loyalty Signup Page & QR Code (SpotOn Loyalty)

  • You now have a dedicated Loyalty Signup Page and QR code, which are accessible from dashboard under Account Settings > Loyalty & Deals > Loyalty Signup Page. Copy the URL and add it to your website or download and print the QR code to post it around your restaurant. This will help drive awareness of your Loyalty program and streamline guest data collection.

• Online Ordering Sales from Marketing Report (SpotOn Marketing)

  • You can now view online ordering sales generated from their marketing campaigns in your online Marketing Dashboard. This report will help you understand the value of your marketing efforts and addresses frequent requests for more detailed marketing-driven sales data.

• Marketing Settings Accessible to All Merchants (SpotOn Marketing)

  • Marketing Settings is now accessible to both DIY and Marketing Assist merchants within your Marketing Dashboard and Campaign Studio. This allows you to customize your default email design, including logo, color and font, update your marketing email footer with business address, phone number, and email, and connect social media profiles for marketing campaigns. This enhances customization and ease of use for you.
