QR Notify Staff of Payment (SpotOn Order)
When enabled, a receipt will print when a guest pays their bill via both QR Scan & Pay and Order & Pay to notify staff that this table has paid. This means better visibility for staff which will lead to reduced stress and fewer walkouts. Learn how to enable this

QR Customer Reviews (SpotOn Order)
After the diner pays for their meal via QR Scan & Pay or QR Order & Pay, they are prompted with a feedback request on how their dining experience was -- once the diner completes the form, their review and email address will instantly appear in the restaurant's dashboard. Learn more
Benefits for you: This feature means restaurants can proactively capture guest feedback in a private forum before the guest submits feedback to any public review site and allows guests to have a voice.
