Feature Enhancements: Week of January 15, 2024

We're constantly working to improve your SpotOn experience by enhancing what you currently use and love. Here is a summary of what has changed this past week.

What's New or Improved

• QR Collaborative Ordering (SpotOn Order)

  • Increase order totals with less stress on staff with the ability to collaborate on the same order. Staff can start an order with an authorized card and share it with guests so then the guest can add & send items from their own phone if the server is not around or if there is a long bar line. • Dashboard Navigation (SpotOn Dashboard)

  • We've made it easier to find the Statements, Add Services, and Refer a Business pages in SpotOn Dashboard! They've all been moved to the main left navigation from the top right avatar navigation to promote a more intuitive flow. Check it out here.

• Save a Marketing Campaign (SpotOn Marketing)

  • A “Save Campaign” button was added in the toolbar of the DIY Marketing campaign editor for scheduled campaigns. This improves your experience by enabling you to save visual changes directly from the editor instead of having to go into the publish settings menu to do so. Check it out here.
