Feature Enhancements: Week of 8/5/24

We're constantly working to improve your SpotOn experience by enhancing what you currently use and love. Here is a summary of recent updates.

What's New or Improved

• Dashboard Account Settings (SpotOn Dashboard) Your Account Settings have moved to the left navigation bar with a new look and feel. This update will make it easier for you to update your business' information and manage your account. Check out the new page.

• Virtual Terminal (SpotOn Dashboard) Virtual Terminal has moved from the top-left menu (9-dots) to your left navigation bar for easier access. It still has the same functionality as before, but now it's located in an easier-to-find spot.

• Real-time menu sync (Menus): We're continuing to invest in our APIS with a two-way sync that keeps online ordering menus up-to-date by instantly syncing changes with the RPOS, so your online ordering menus always reflects what’s in stock and the latest prices. Real-time alerts to partners like Chowly, Bite, and Incentivio ensure your menus stays perfectly in sync, reducing errors and delivering a smoother experience for guests.
